I'm sending you this postcard from… The Ambassador Hotel, Euston, London, Great Britain, Northern Hemisphere, Earth.
My first thought when I stepped off the plane was… I hope they let us into their country this time (in May the boys couldn't get past UK immigration due to new visa laws, and were immediately sent back home!).
My craziest night was… After the gig on Wednesday night I took a posse of about 30 people to the only bar that was open in Islington at that time of the night. And it happened to be a gay bar. Made some new friends and all...crrrazy!
The coolest thing I saw was… About 800 people in a venue on the other side of the world singing our songs with us. Very cool indeed.
The hottest bargain I found was… At a place called Topshop. Bought a couple of nice tops for my fiance...strange buying female clothes though. Get odd looks.
It's so different from home because… The water goes down the sink the other way.
I'd like to come back next time and… Make an effort to see the Stone Henge and some famous UK crop circles.
I'd recommend this place to you… ...because it’s so vast and enormous, and it gives you a sense of just how fortunate we are to have our own little south pacific nation.
