When it’s winter many of us feel un-sexy or frumpy, whether it’s due to all the layers of clothes we adopt or the massive amounts of comfort food we inhale.

Light my fire Okay, so this is an oldie, but that's only because it works and therefore makes it a goody! When it’s cold outside, it’s hard to feel in the mood and taking your clothes off when its freezing is enough to put fear into the hearts of any brave woman. So get busy and build a fire.
If you are lucky enough to have an old fashioned wood burning fire, take advantage of it. When going to collect wood, get bits that need further cutting to fit into your fireplace. Once your fire is up and roaring, lay big heavy blankets or duvets on the floor next to it and spend some time getting cosy.
